Le Big Data , C’est quoi?

- Le produit que le client a cherché sur la plateforme et n’a pas trouvé grâce au système de recherche;
- Les activités d’un client sur un site e-commerce;
- etc.
Le Business Intelligence qui est un outil puissant dans la stratégie prédictive de l’entreprise est souvent associé au Big Data. Les Data Scientists utilisent souvent le Data Mining pour le traitement des données.
Le Data Mining permet de tirer des connaissances pour la conception des modèles dans un ensemble des données internes ou externes collectées.
Une connaissance est une information utile qui participe à la prise de décision au sein d’une entreprise.
Comment Amazon utilise donc le Big Data?
Amazon s’est appuyé sur une masse énorme de données récoltées sur ses clients au fil de son existence. Les technologies du Big Data ont permis à Amazon de faire la sélection des ouvrages ayant retenu les meilleurs commentaires des internautes. Il récupère les données qui proviennent également des avis émis par les lecteurs à travers le système des étoiles puisqu’il est possible de noter chaque livre sur le site Internet en lui attribuant jusqu’à cinq étoiles.
Grâce à l’analyse prédictive, Il propose des ouvrages les plus susceptibles d’intéresser les clients à Seattle voir même dans le quartier où est présente sa boutique.
